We hired Northeast Land Solutions to renovate an existing garage and turn it into a commercial event space. This involved a massive concrete pour with radiant floors, demo work, and blending new construction in to an existing (un-square) building. We had a very strict budget with 0 room for overages. And, we had a very strict deadline - the space needed to be event-ready just 2 months after breaking ground. NLS provided a crew that were dedicated to the job, and they worked many long hours to see it through. They offered opinions on design, and didn't cut corners. We are thrilled with their work, and will happily work with them or all our future projects. Thank you!
